Rates below are historical and serve to provide an indication of our commercial modus operandi. Please ask for our current rates.
This section on "Remuneration" shall be referred to as Appendix C.
The following prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and any other government imposed taxes or duties which, where applicable would be invoiced separately for payment by the Client.
C1. Manhour Rates
Refer to our scheduled rates (Note validity of rates: ask for current rates)
C2. Reimbursable Expenses
(valid until 28 Feb 2009)
Other than the items listed below, disbursements would be charged at cost or at e.g. a Specialist Consultant standard rates. The following prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and any other government imposed taxes or duties which, where applicable, would be invoiced separately for payment by the Client.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on presentation of an invoice and supporting vouchers. The US$ and/or South African Rand rates listed below would be converted to the currency of the contract at the date of invoicing, using the previous working day closing FOREX rates quoted by Standard Bank of South Africa.

Travel and Accommodation
The following is to be provided by the Client or will be reimbursed by DYTD at cost plus 10% handling fee:

Overtime
| Contractually required work in excess of Normal Hours: | Charged at standard rates plus 25 %. |

[5] for incidental costs incurred outside the Republic of South Africa and for periods up to six weeks.
